Who we are
This website is run by Nexaform Technology Solutions (“Nexaform”, “we”, “us”). We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy. Our offices are at Level One, 92 Minster Court, Orphan Street, Liverpool, L7 3QD, United Kingdom, and A56, 2nd Main Street, MVM Nagar, Dindigul, Tamil Nadu 624001, India. What we collect
- Enquiries. When you use our contact form or email us: your name, work email, company, job title, country, the product or service you are interested in, and your message.
- Meetings. When you book a call: your name, email and the time you choose, plus anything you add to the booking.
- Website use. Essential technical data such as IP address and browser type, used to run and secure the site. With your consent only, analytics cookies set by HubSpot that tell us how visitors use the site.
Why we use it, and our lawful basis
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange meetings: our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, or steps you ask us to take before entering a contract.
- To understand how the site is used: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
- To send you updates or marketing: only with your consent. Every message includes a way to unsubscribe.
- To keep the site secure and meet legal obligations: our legitimate interests and legal obligations.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf under contract:
- HubSpot for our contact forms, customer records and meeting booking.
- Vercel to host this website.
- Our email and productivity providers.
We do not sell your personal data.
International transfers
Our teams work in the United Kingdom and India, and our providers may process data in the UK, the European Economic Area, India and the United States. Where data leaves the UK or EEA, we rely on adequacy decisions or appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and meeting records for as long as needed to respond and to manage any resulting business relationship, and normally for no longer than three years after our last contact with you, unless we need to keep them longer for legal reasons. Analytics data is kept according to HubSpot’s retention settings.
Your rights
Depending on where you are, including under UK GDPR, the EU GDPR and India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to how we use it, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. To use any of these rights, email hello@nexaformtech.com. You can also complain to your data protection regulator; in the UK this is the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
Cookies
We use essential cookies and similar storage to run the site and remember your theme and cookie choices. Analytics cookies from HubSpot are only set if you choose “Accept” in the cookie banner. To change your choice, clear this site’s data in your browser and you will be asked again.
Changes to this policy
