How long does a Maximo 7.6 to MAS 9 migration take?
It depends on your customisations, integrations and data quality more than on the number of assets. We start with a discovery that inventories all three and produces a phased plan, so you know the scope before any migration work starts.
Can we keep our Maximo customizations?
Most can be carried forward. Some are better rebuilt with MAS configuration, and some can be retired because MAS now does the job. We review each one with you and agree what happens to it.
Can we add AI to Maximo before upgrading?
